What can I do right now on Deluxe Experiences?
The first experience available through Deluxe is the ultimate birthday planning solution. Through this site, you can choose a venue, personalize your event, and invite all your friends from the comfort of your home. We offer some of the most spectacular nightclubs, restaurants, and hotels in Manhattan to our customers. On the site, you can instantly check availability, view photos, get information, browse special offers, and book your event. After that, you can choose from an array of personalization options for your event such as car services, photographers, cupcakes, pre-purchased table service and much more. Finally, you can send out a beautiful invite and monitor responses all through your own personal account on Deluxe.
Does Deluxe cost anything to use?
The beauty of Deluxe is that it is complimentary to the user. The only thing you need is a computer and a credit card to reserve your event. You can book your entire experience through the site without spending any money.
Why do I need to enter my credit card to reserve my event?
The internet is a funny place with millions of people from all over the world as users. At Deluxe we pride ourselves on providing quality and reliability to our venue partners. In order to ensure user validity and eliminate “no show” events, we require a valid credit card to reserve an event. We will not charge anything to your credit card as long as more than 10% of the amount of guests you chose for your event show up. If that is not the case there will be a charge of $100 for every 25 guests that did not show. In other words, be conservative with your estimated number of guests and you will not have to worry. When I enter my information into the site is my event confirmed?
After you enter your information and choose your venue/personalization options, your information is submitted to an Experience Agent. The experience agent will review your information and confirm the details with the venue. Upon confirmation you will immediately receive an email and your event will be activated on the site. If for some reason the venue becomes unavailable, the experience agent will get back to you with alternative venues for your event. This is not a regular occurrence as our availability is updated daily, but in the case that the venue had a last minute booking we will find you an even more spectacular location.
What if I have problems planning my event through the site?
The best part of Deluxe is that we are all about service--providing our clientele with the best possible experience is the most important thing for our agency. With that in mind, we established Experience Agents who are available to answer your questions immediately and assist you in making your event as memorable as possible. At the bottom of every page on the site there is a link to email your Experience Agent. We will respond immediately to your request by email or phone. To take this one step further, for a small fee you can request an Experience Agent to meet you outside of your event to ensure that you do not have any problems dealing with the venue and gaining access for all of your guests.
What is personalization?
The Deluxe service is unique compared with other online services because it allows you to purchase products and services to make your event truly exceptional. Cupcakes, car services, balloons, liquor and much more are available for purchase to make your event special and different from any entertainment experience you have had thus far. Deluxe will work with the venue and you to coordinate these services so that you can enjoy a stress-free night out.
When should I arrive for my party?
We highly recommend that all parties arrive prior to 12:30 AM, especially if you are not purchasing bottle service. This is especially important when dealing with venues with strict door policies as listed on the “What you need to know?” section of your venue page. If your party is taking place prior to 10 PM then we recommend showing up to your event within 1 hour of your intended and provided start time.

Deluxe Experiences will be launching in new markets with the birthday planning solution throughout the coming months. We will also be launching other experiences in Manhattan. Can I use your service to plan my event but not through the site?

Can I book a private party/buy-out through your site?
The current site is designed to handle what we refer to as “retail” bookings, which are not complete buyouts of a venue or “private” parties.
