Deluxe Experiences grew from the idea that consumers want more than just an event or a night out, they want an experience; a memorable, personal, and stress free occasion. This desire combined with newly available technologies led the Deluxe partners to create a web based system that allows a consumer to organize an event from start to finish easily on their computer. Functioning on a platform similar to services such as OpenTable and SeamlessWeb, Deluxe interacts directly with venues to check availability and make reservations in real time. This technology, combined with detailed venue information and photos, allows consumers to plan and reserve venues in minutes. Additionally the system provides personalization options that can be purchased through the site and delivered or provided at the venue. Some personalization products and services available include cupcakes and baked goods, pre-purchased liquor and table service, personal security guards, car service, photographers, exotic car rental, late night food delivery, balloons, and much more. Our signature personalization service is provided by our Experience Agents, who for a minimal fee, will meet you at the venue to ensure that you have absolutely no worries on your big night by dealing with doormen, managers, and any other stresses along the way.
